Beginner Shinobi Weapons skill - Passive, Free Skill, E Rank - Requirements: - Description: This is the weapons skill that allows a person to use the normal fare of shinobi weapons like shuriken and kunai. - Effects: You can hold only one projectile per hand. - Price: 2,000¥
Advanced Shinobi Weapons Skill - Passive, Free Skill, D Rank - Requirements: - Description: A further advancement in learning how to use ninja weapons and items properly. The user has now advanced to a greater degree of prowess with the average shinobi tools. - Effects: You can hold up to 3 small projectiles per hand. You may chose 1 Armed combat group. - Price: 4,000¥
Expert Shinobi Weapons Skill - Passive, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: - Description: Last stage in mastering the shinobi weapons and items. It allows you to use these weapons with unparalleled efficiency. - Effects: You can hold up to 4 small projectiles per hand. You may chose 2 Armed combat groups. Scrolls, wires, tags and any other item or piece of equipment that needs a unique basic action to use/activate/handle costs 1 BP less (if 0 then it's a free action once a round). - Price: 32,000¥ Chakra Control Skills- Spoiler:
Elementary Chakra Control - Basic physical and spiritual energy fusion - Passive, Free Skill, E Rank - Description: The basic skill that allows a Ninja to use Chakra for their techniques. Without this, it is impossible to mold chakra. - Effects: You can use nin and genjutsus up to D rank. - Price: 2,000¥
Advanced Chakra Control - Tree Climbing - Passive, Free Skill, D Rank - Requirements: - Description: This is the basic skill that determines that you have been successful in completing your tree climbing training. It is a simple training that yet allows one to gain further control over chakra, which allows you to be able to mold chakra. - Effects: You can now stick to walls and ceilings. You can use nin and genjutsus up to C rank. - Special: Taking damage equal or more than 20% of your remaining Stamina in one go will cause you to fall. - Price: 4,000¥
Expert Chakra Control - Water Walking - Passive, Free Skill, C Rank - Requirements: - Description: This is the basic skill that determines that you have been successful in completing your water walking training. It is a harder training than tree climbing that allows further control over chakra. - Effects: You can now stand on fluid surfaces. You can use nin and genjutsus up to A rank. - Special: Taking damage equal or more than 20% of your remaining Stamina in one go will cause you to sink 1 meter per damage point taken. - Price: 8,000¥ Other- Spoiler:
Ambidextrous - Active, Free Skill, E Rank - Requirements: - Description: The ninja uses both hands with equal proficiency thus increasing the number of things he can do simultaneously. - Effects: No penalties to your off-hand for tiny/small weapons and items/tools. You can simultaneously use both hands for basic actions at no extra BP or stamina cost. - Price: 2,000¥
Firm Grip - Active, Free Skill, D Rank - Requirements: - Description: The ninja grips a medium or heavy one-handed weapon with both hands. - Effects: Decrease the strength requirement of one-handed medium and heavy melee weapons by 50%. If the user already meets the requirement then increase the weapon's attack and defense power by 25%. - Special: This skill works only if you hold the weapon with both hands. - Price: 4,000¥
Prioritizing - Active, Free Skill, C Rank - Requirements: - Description: A ninja who focuses on excelling in a single area rather than spread himself too thin. - Effects: If you can have more than 1 fighting style or combat group (or something similar) you can choose to convert it into a skill slot instead. - Price: 8,000¥
Favorite jutsu - Passive, Free Skill, B and A Rank - Requirements: Level 15 and Level 30 the second time. - Description: Everyone needs a trump card. - Effects: The user permanently picks one jutsu he knows and that jutsu will cost 5 Stm and 1 BP less, he also gains +1 RT when using it. - Special: This skill can be bought 2 times, but you can't pick the same jutsu twice. - Price: 16,000~32,000¥.
Field Veteran - Passive, Free Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Level 35 - Description: No matter how smart or with how much talent a rookie is born with, the experience gained through long years of hardship and survival on the field can never be replaced. - Effects: User gets +10 PS and KS. +1 RT for every 15 ninja levels of difference when fighting lower level ninja. - Price: 32,000¥.
Burning Rivalry - Passive, Free Skill, A Rank - Requirements: - Description: Blood feuds are often passed on to the next generation. - Effects: Chose 1 clan or KG group. When fighting someone from that clan or with that KG, gain +1 RT and double your ninja level when using RP circumstance bonus. - Price: 32,000¥.
Bottomless Hatred - Passive, Free Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Admin approval. - Description: Revenge gives them meaning, purpose, life. - Effects: The user chooses one member on the forum. If the two ever meet in a same RP topic then they open a new topic in which no one else can enter and only one can come out alive. - Price: 64,000¥.
Diligent Hardworking Student - Active, Free Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Only genin can buy this skill. - Description: Not everyone can be a born genius, which is why one has to make up for it with hard work. - Effects: Double the extra EXP gained from special training equipment/areas/facilities/events and people with training related skill. Increase the chance of obtaining a jutsu or skill from such cases by 15%. - Price: 128,000¥
Trust Bond -Passive, Special Skill -Requirements: -Effect: Pick one person on the forum you trust. This skill allows that person to control your character when you are unable to come to the site due of personal issues or extended leaves.
Sleeping is Life Wasting -Passive, Special Skill -Requirements: Tournament RP Award or Best Mission Award or Activity Award -Description: Life is too short for one to rest! Action is the answer, always! Some people are just that much energetic. As such, they don't really need to rest between missions, at least not as much as anyone else. -Effect: Mission cooldown is reduced by 3 days.
True Genius -Passive, Special Skill -Requirements: Tournament RP Award or Greatest Fighter Award -Description: Some are simply blessed from birth and everything comes easier to them. -Effect: Stat requirements for everything is lowered by 5. With permission from the admins other requirements may also be overlooked.
Lucky Bastard -Passive, Special Skill -Requirements: Tournament RP Award or Greatest RP Award -Description: Luck plays a huge role in the life of anybody. Some people seem to have more than others. Those people have higher chances of survival and high chances to succeed in their most daring ambitions. -Effect: The Probability of success when requesting a dice roll for any situation is increased by +15%.

Medium Taijutsu Skill - Passive, Regular Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Basic Taijutsu Skill, 20 Tai - Description: You've advanced in your martial arts training to the point where you can tell the differences between fighting styles and as such have chose 1 to devote yourself to. - Effects: Taijutsus cost 1 Stm less. You can have 1 Taijutsu style. - Price: 16,000yen
Advanced Taijutsu Skill - Passive, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Medium Taijutsu Skill, 40 Tai - Description: At this level one has enough experience with Taijutsu to be considered a serious practitioner and a potent threat indeed. - Effects: Taijutsu cost 2 Stm less and generate +1 RT if used against ninja without a fighting style. You can have 2 Taijutsu styles. You can change fighting styles only at the beginning of your turn. - Price: 32,000yen
Expert Taijutsu Skill - Passive, Regular Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Advanced Taijutsu Skill, 60 Tai. - Description: Few ninja have the patience or see the practicality in devoting their time and energy to achieve this level of martial prowess. Those who have, know better. - Effects: Taijutsu cost 3 Stm less and generate +2 RT if used in response to a non-taijutsu attack. You can have up to 3 Taijutsu styles. You can change fighting styles once per turn during battle at the cost of 1 BP. - Price: 64,000yen
Legendary Taijutsu Skill - Passive, Prestigious Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Expert Taijutsu Skill, 80 tai, defeat an opponent with an Expert skill of any combat group or one with any “Prestigious” skill. - Description: Martial arts becomes a religion. - Effects: Taijutsu knowledge stats cap is increased by 20. Basic actions don't cost stamina. Taijutsus cost 5 Stamina and 2 BP less, your taijutsus cause -1 RT to the enemy and +2 RT to yourself. You can have up to 5 Taijutsu styles. Your current style gains the passive stat increase of 2 other styles you have. Intermediate Blade Mastery - Active, Free Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Beginner Blade Mastery, Medium Taijutsu Skill - Description: The basics of Bushidō. You learn all of the elementary movements and footwork, but your skill with sharp weapons still leaves much to be desired. - Effects: You can now use melee blade weapons in conjunction with taijutsus and ninjutsus (style and jutsu permitting). - Price: 8.000¥
Advanced Blade Mastery - Active, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Intermediate Blade Mastery - Description: The blade has ceased to be a separate thing, it is now an extension of your body and your will. - Effects: You can have 1 kenjutsu style. - Price: 32.000¥
Expert Blade Mastery - Active, Regular Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Advanced Blade Mastery, 50 tai - Description: You are now a kensei, a Sword Saint. - Effects: Choose 1 type of weapon, from now on that is your Weapon of Choice. When using your Weapon of Choice you get +1 RT, durability damage to it is halved and the passive stat bonus from your current kenjutsu style is doubled (provided it corresponds with your weapon of choice). You can have 2 kenjutsu styles. You can change styles at the start of your turn (0 BP) or during battle (1 BP). - Price: 64.000¥
Legendary Blade Mastery - Active, Prestigious Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Expert Blade Mastery, 70 tai, defeat an opponent with an Expert skill of any combat group or one with any “Prestigious” skill. - Description: Miyamoto Musashi. Enough said. - Effects: All jutsu involving using your weapon of choice cost 2 Stm and 1 BP less, kenjutsus cost 5 Stm less and 2 BP instead generate +1 RT. Sheathing and drawing your weapon of choice costs 1 BP less (stacks with other such skills). You can have 3 kenjutsu styles. Your current style gains the passive stat increase of every other style you have (provided they correspond with your weapon of choice). You can change between fighting styles any number of times at any time during battle. Advanced Blunt Prowess - Active, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Intermediate Blunt Prowess, 30 tai - Description: You have finally let go of that feeling of inferiority you had for blunt weapons when compared to sharp weapons. A blunt weapon in your hands is a versatile weapon indeed. - Effects: You can have 1 Bojutsu style. - Price: 32.000¥
Expert Blunt Weapon Prowess - Active, Regular Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Advanced Blunt Prowess, 50 tai - Description: You have learned how to use Blunt weapons to their fullest. Superior maneuverability, superior reach, simultaneous offensive and defensive combos all result into one deadly fighting force. - Effects: Choose 3 blunt type weapons from your inventory, they become your favorite weapons. Drawing/sheathing any of them costs 1 BP less. Inflict 1/10th more durability damage with those weapons. You can have 3 Bojutsu styles. You can change between fighting styles any number of times at any time during battle (provided you have the required weapon for the style your switching to). - Price: 64.000¥
Legendary Blunt Weapon Prowess - Active, Prestigious Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Expert Blunt Weapon Prowess, 70 tai, defeat an opponent with an Expert skill of any combat group or one with any “Prestigious” skill. - Description: You have become a tide that cannot be denied. - Effects: You can have 4 Bojutsu styles. Jutsus involving any of your favorite weapons cost 3 Stm and 1 BP less, and generate +1 RT. Your current style gains the passive stat increase of every other style you have. Double the passive stat increase of every style you have if you're using a favorite weapon corresponding with that style. Beginner Ranged Weapons - Active, Free Skill, D Rank - Requirements: Advanced Shinobi Weapons Skill, 5 tai - Description: You have just started down on the path of using ranged weaponry in combat. - Effects: You can now use medium and heavy range weapons. - Price: 2.000¥
Intermediate Ranged Weapons - Active, Free Skill, C Rank - Requirements: - Description: You can now aim with greater accuracy, but you are still not the greatest of shots. You still have a lot of room for improvement. - Effects: +3 Prc when using a Ranged Weapons. You can now use ranged weapons in conjunction with taijutsus and ninjutsus (style and jutsu permitting). - Price: 8.000¥
Advanced Ranged Weapons - Active, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: - Description: Your skills with Ranged weapons are now in a totally different league than your average shinobi. Hitting the target is no longer a matter of “Can I hit it?” but “How many times do you want me to hit it?” - Effects: You can have 1 Kyūdō style. You gain 1 extra item slot. - Price: 32.000¥
Expert Ranged Weapons - Active, Regular Skill, A Rank - Requirements: - Description: Your accuracy is astonishing, you can hit almost any target you want from great distances. Doing considerable damage to the opponent now is not only plausible but expected. - Effects: Attack and defense power of small and ranged weapons increased by 50%. Double the passive stat bonus of your Kyūdō style. If Prc and Agl aren't impaired then increase own RT by 1 and decrease enemy RT by 2 when using small and ranged weapons. You gain 1 extra item and 1 extra accessory slot. Reduce the total weight of small and ranged weapons by 1/4. - Price: 64.000¥
Legendary Ranged Weapons - Active, Prestigious Skill, S Rank - Requirements: - Description: You are now literally death from afar. No fortress is safe enough, no hiding place is hidden enough, no armor is thick enough. You can see every weakness and effortlessly exploit it. - Effects: You can have 2 Kyūdō styles. Prc stats cap is increased by 20, Agl by 10. Basic actions involving items, small and ranged weapons don't cost stamina, Kyūdō jutsu cost 2 BP and 5 Stm less. If Prc and Agl aren't impaired, triple the passive stat bonus of your Kyūdō styles. Add your Tai knowledge stat to the attack and defense power of your current ranged weapon, if it corresponds with your current Kyūdō style. As long as you have the right weapon, you can change Kyūdō styles at any time. You gain 2 extra accessory slots. Reduce the total weight of small and ranged weapons by 1/2. - Price: 128.000¥

Elemental Proficiency [1,2,3]- Passive, Regular Skill, D,C and B Rank - Requirements: 1st time: 2nd time: 3rd time: - Description: Fire, Wind, Thunder, Earth and Water, these are the forces of Nature that Shinobi have learned to control in order to be deadlier in combat. - Effects: Each time you buy this jutsu you will pick one basic element (Katon, Fūton, Raiton, Doton or Suiton) and you will have the ability to use jutsus of that element. - Special: Each time this skill is bought it takes up an extra skill slot. He can also create antidotes up to lvl 4 even if not a medic nin. - Special: The 3rd time you buy this skill it takes up an extra skill slot. If you already have a Medic skill the 4th time requires an extra skill slot instead of the 3rd. - Price: 8,000~16,000~32,000~64,000~128,000¥ Craftsman [1,2,3,4]- Passive, free, Regular, D,C,B and A Rank - Requirements: - Description: Forging and inventing is more than just a hobby for these guys. - Effects: Level 1 Forge: You can create custom weapons and items at x5 the price of a normal weapon of the same tech level. Level 2 Forge: Augment lvl 1 is available. Decrease the multiplier for inventing weapons and items by 1 if the tech level of the weapon you are inventing is equal or less than the tech development of your village. Level 1 Armorer: You can create custom armor and items at x5 the price of a normal weapon of the same tech level. Level 2 Armorer: Augment lvl 1 is available. Level 1 Scholar: You can now create custom free skill at 2 times the price of a normal free skill of the equivalent rank. Level 2 Scholar: You can now create any kind of custom skills at the same price as a normal skill of the equivalent rank. Increase success chance when learning or teaching other people skills/jutsus by 15%. - Special: No matter how many times this skill is bought it only takes up 1 skill slot. Unless you already have the skill Craftsmen 2 (or more), Researcher 1 and 2 is considered a free skill and is 50% cheaper. - Price: 8,000~16,000~32,000~64,000¥ Secrets of the Blood- Passive, Regular Skill, D Rank - Requirements: level 0, must have a tier 4+ KG - Description: A Kekke Genkai is a precious gift from birth that can't be substituted with any training or knowledge or experience. You were born with an advantage, plain and simple. Don't be shy to use it or it will go to waste. - Effects: Every other level up (2, 4, 6...) you gain 1 extra KS which must be placed on your KG stat. - Price: 8,000¥ Grave Robber- Active, Regular Skill, D Rank - Requirements: have larceny in your heart you greedy bastard - Description: The dead have no use for money. So no harm done if the living help themselves to it. - Effects: The user can take 40% (instead of 20%) of the player’s money when looting his body. There is no pause before you can travel again when you choose to "search, retrieve and loot". - Price: 8,000¥ Brilliant Strategist- Active, Regular Skill, D Rank - Requirements: - Description: It takes more than brute strength to survive in the world of the Shinobi. - Effects: You can now transfer 2 more BP from your current to your next post. You can give your opponent a 25% attack bonus in exchange for +1 RT. If you have the Brains over Brawn skill you may double both the bonus and the RT gain. - Price: 8,000¥ Brains over Brawn- Passive, Regular Skill, D Rank - Requirements: - Description: Knowledge is power. - Effects: +1 KS every 3rd level after level 5. Increase the stat cap of one KS value by 10. Every level up, if you want, you can trade in 2 PS points for 1 KS point. - Special: If you have the Brilliant Strategist skill the trade off can be 3 PS for 2 KS. - Price: 8,000¥ Opportunist- Active, Regular Skill, D Rank - Requirements: none. - Description: Opportunists care little about honor and have no delusions about war - they fight to survive, and will resort to any means necessary to ensure they are the last ones standing. - Effects: When you use a RP circumstance bonus, always treat your ninja level as if it was 50. If you didn't use an RP circumstance bonus in your current post then choose 1 opponent. If he uses an RP circumstance bonus in his next post then decrease it by 1/2 of your current ninja level. - Price: 8,000¥ Act of Desperation- Active, Regular Skill, D Rank - Requirements: - Description: You’d be surprised what you could do when push comes to shove. - Effects: At the cost of 10 Stm, the user gets an additional 1 BP and +1 RT in one clash. You may double the Stm cost, BP and RT gain if you have the Survival Instincts skill. Survival Instincts - Active, Regular Skill, C Rank - Requirements: - Description: When near death the human body pulls all stops for the sake of survival. - Effects: When stamina drops below 20%, and you have taken more damage than your opponent, you recover +30 Stm and for your current and next 2 posts ignore all exhaustion and damage related Stat penalties. This skill can only be used once per battle. - Price: 16,000¥
Bull Strength - Passive, Regular Skill, C Rank - Requirements: - Description: You are stronger than the average man. - Effects: +5 Str. 1/3 of your Str is added to your passive defense. Decrease the total weight of your equipment by 1/3, halve the damage you receive from falling. - Price: 16,000¥

Sensei - Active, Regular Skill, C Rank - Requirements: At least Chuunin rank - Description: Passing the knowledge from one generation to the next is one of the most basic instincts of man. - Effects: If you train ninjas of lower rank and level, then they each get +1 EXP for every rank and every 5 levels difference. If you have the Level 2 Mystic skill there is a 20% chance (per 5 level difference) of them learning a random low level jutsus or a free skills from you (Decrease success rate by 20% per jutsu/skill rank if choosing a specific jutsu/skill. Ask an admin to make a roll when the training topic is closed). You can simultaneously train a maximum of 3 people this way. Expert Instructor - Active, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Sensei skill, at least special Jounin rank - Description: Those that can't do, teach. - Effects: You can choose to train another PC ninja of any level or rank. During the training your level doubles and the one you're training gets +1 EXP for every 4 levels difference. If you have the Level 2 Mystic then skill choose 1 jutsu or skill before the training starts (you don't necessarily have to possess the jutsu/skill; don't forget that custom stuff need to be approved first). There is a 50% chance of them learning that jutsus/skill for free (+10% per previous failed attempt. Ask an admin to make a roll when the training topic is closed). You can simultaneously train with a maximum of 2 people this way (1 if his level is greater than your own). The blade that shines in the sun can walk away whenever it wants. - Effects: Double the effects of "in plain sight" infiltration techniques and always treat your ninja level as if it was 50 when doing so. Once during a mission, 1 failed dice roll to a "in plain sight" infiltration techniques will be ignored, after which the user can choose a different course of action or get a re-roll to the same one with a +10% success chance this time. - Price: 32,000¥
Silent Observer - Passive, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Level 28 - Description: If one retains his steady nerves and cool head in the chaos of battle he will notice that it is not so chaotic after all. Patterns will form and mistakes will be repeated, previously unnoticed chances will surface time and again to those clever enough to exploit them. - Effects: When your opponent uses the same offensive or defensive action/jutsu a 3rd time, that particular action/jutsu gets mentally noted and receives an additional mental note every time its used after that. When you use one of your own action/jutsu against an opponent's mentally noted action/jutsu, your action/jutsu's attack or defence power increases by 5% per number of mental notes on said action/jutsu. Opponent's attack actions/jutsus that have been mentally noted 3 (or more) times no longer gets cheap shot bonuses. - Special: 1) If you have the Brilliant Strategist Skill the bonus is 10% instead of 5 and the level requirement is 5 levels lower. 2) If you have the Brains Over Brawn skill an enemy action/jutsu initially gets mentally noted after its 2nd use instead of 3rd, only 2 mental notations (instead of 3) are needed for the attack to no longer gets cheap shot bonuses and the level requirement is 5 levels lower. 3) If you have both skills then you gain +1 RT per mental note when defending against an attack that has mental notes and your attacks get -1 RT per mental note if your opponent uses a defense action/jutsu that's been mentally noted. One Hand Casting - Active, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: - Description: Through long practice and dedication, and a bit of talent, some ninja can learn to make hand seals with only one hand. - Effects: Jutsu up to B rank (that require hand seals) can be cast with only one hand. This skill can also be used for A rank jutsus, but they'll cost 4 stm and 1 BP more than usual. - Price: 32,000¥
Perfect Chakra Manipulation - Passive, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: - Description: This skill allows you to perfectly mold chakra so that not even the slightest bit is wasted. - Effects: Reduce stamina cost for taijutsus by 3, and by 5 for non-taijutsus. You can now use S rank nin and genjutsus. - Price: 32,000¥.
Gifted Illusionist - Active, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: - Description: Some ninja have come to the conclusion that it is the state of the mind that matters when casting Genjutsu. For such people handseals are a trivial matter that can sometimes be avoided altogether. - Effects: Genjutsus cost 1 BP less. +5 Gen KS, 10 if you have the Brains over Brawn skill. If you have the Iron Will skill then your genjutsus won't end when you take damage unless its equal or more than 10% of your current Stamina. Genjutsu Kai can be used at 20 points difference, 25 if you have the Brilliant Strategist or Silent Observer skill, 30 if both. If you have all of the above mentioned skills then enemies under your genjutsus gain 1 less gen resistance every turn, their Genjutsu Kai is used at 5 points less difference. - Price: 32,000¥
True Medic - Passive, Regular Skill, B Rank - Requirements: - Description: One requires a high level of intelligence, excellent chakra control and long years of practice and patience to truely master the art of healing. Medical equipment is 25% cheaper and twice as effective. Success base of dice rolls for any type of Medical procedure in which you are involved are increased by 15%. THey must be of lower rank and level than you. If you have the Brilliant strategist skill you can ignore this condition and the skill's requirement. Calculated Coordinated Teamwork- Active, Regular Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Wise leader, at least Jounin rank - Description: Even the weak become strong when they team up and fight together as one. - Effects: You can single out 1 enemy target and 1 NPC ninja assigned to you (2 if you have the Expert Instructor skill). That target loses ALL stat bonuses for that turn when battling the NPC ninja. This skill has a 2 turn cooldown. - Special: If you have the Brilliant Strategist skill then ignore this skill's requirement. Nothing serious. Well true masters of the art see genjutsus for what they are, the blood stopping touch of death itself. - Effects: Increase the gen stat cap by 10. You can choose to increase or decrease the duration of your genjutsus by 1 round plus 1 more for every of the following skills: Brilliant Strategist; Brains over Brawn; Iron Will and Silent Observer. If your opponent doesn't dispel your genjutsu before its duration expires he receives real fatigue equal to 3 x duration of the genjutsu. If you chose to decrease the duration of your genjutsu then, inflict normal damage instead of fatigue and on the last round of the genjutsu (just before it expires) double the negative effects it has on your opponent. Their skills, jutsus and KS stats may vary any way you want, but they must share the same Strength and Stamina stats. You can switch between personalities once every 4 posts for free. You can increase the Stm cost of an elemental ninjutsu by 50% in order to (pick 1 effect): A) Decrease its BP cost by 1. B) Temporarily increase your nin knowledge by 20 when casting that jutsu. C) Extend the duration of the jutsu (if its a continuous jutsu) by 1/3. If your Stamina drops below 20%, and you've taken more damage than your opponent, then all exhaustion and damage penalties turn to bonuses and you get +50 Stm. The user can use any weapon/item/equipment ever built by man even if he doesn’t meet the necessary requirements. Reduce the final price of any custom item or jutsu you invent by 50%. The user can talk his way into getting a 10% larger salary, 20% discount on all goods in the shops and 30% larger payment from Missions. User can sell his own equipment for 3/4 instead of 1/2 of the price they were bought. - Special: Unless declared permanently gone from the forum by the admins, the Kage/council must give the user his salary and payments (with the bonuses) even if he isn't very active or is doing a sloppy job. - Price: none Nightmare Messenger- Passive, Prestigious Skill, S Rank - Requirements: - Description: No one wants to fight a Nightmare Messenger because even if one were to win, the experience would leave him psychologically scared for life. - Effects: +20 Gen KS. Forbidden Skills
_______________________________________________ Forbidden skills usually cost a lot of money and have a steep condition for obtaining them (like getting yourself in the Bingo book, or going missing nin) not to mention they each cause an atrocity penalty (which is practically a political suicide, 1 of the reasons why ninja villages rarely practice or approve of them), but on the other hand they are very powerful and are considered free skills. "Thus spoke Zaratustra" - Passive, Forbidden Skill - Requirements: Kage or S criminal rank, Level 50, - Description: The limitations of mortals CAN be surpassed. It's difficult, but not impossible. - Effects: You can keep leveling up beyond lvl 50 despite the level limit cap, but each new level needs 200 exp. You gain 1 extra skill slot every new 3 level. By sacrificing 3 levels and paying 1.000.000¥ you can turn 1 regular skill slot into a prestigious slot. - Special: 5% permanent atrocity penalty with each level up. - Price: 1,000,000¥
Desecration - Passive, Forbidden Skill - Requirements: Grave Robber, any medic skill - Description: One must use all means necessary to achieve his goals. If the dead can be of some help then so be it. The user can take the body of a freshly killed enemy (or ally) and examines it (RP post of dissecting, labeling, studying ect.).
